Public schools across America today lack basic school supplies and learning aids. The scope of the problem is huge, and the opportunity is virtually unlimited. There are thousands upon thousands of school systems in need of these critical resources and surplus materials are available.

WExchange bridges the gap. WExchange is an online community and marketplace where paper, pens, pencils, books, computers, and audio/visual equipment—donated by individuals, companies and like-minded organizations—are placed in the hands of teachers and students, free of charge.

Envisioned as a “FreeBay for Teachers”, WExchange distributes learning aids developed by WE, such as electronic study guides and a "cool school" that connects classrooms to distance learning opportunities on mountain tops, at sea, and foreign places.

As WE grows and we add partners and sponsors to support our efforts, WExchange will become a consolidated, one-stop location where donated materials can be easily listed and placed with teachers and schools. A special section of the WExchange will take everyone involved with our business—from artisans to donors to sponsors—on a virtual walk-through of schools to see the beneficial impact of their donations and purchases.
