WE is enlisting the participation of numerous like-minded "cornerstone partners" (institutions, corporate sponsors and non-profi ts) to maximize the efficiency of its education enhancement program.

WE is providing the infrastructure to leverage these partners and provide educational content and curriculum materials. The Company is leading a collaborative initiative to offer free on-line educational content and representative "cool schools".

WE is driving this program through its leadership, civic involvement, recruitment of partners and resources from Cornerstone Partners, and funding via its "50% to education" mission. For their core business focus and distribution reach, specific strategic relationships will be developed by WE.

For instance, large corporations with significant international distribution, which will be leveraged in part to distribute WExchange school supplies. Retailers will stock WE products as well as provide distribution for educational products.

WE will provide tax incentives to corporations by channeling their services through the Company's strategic partner, WorldWise, Inc. successfully deliver educational products to schools in Boston, and eventually the U.S. and around the world, at a low cost.
